The Institute announces Unilever Grant research projects retained for this year
Up one levelFor the second consecutive year, the International Commerce Institute and Unilever launched their research grant aimed at furthering academic and industry knowledge in the areas of - Collaborative Differentiation - Shopper-driven Integrated Supply Chain Management - Joint Shopper Value Creation
Academics and business schools, with a proven track-record of conducting breakthrough research in any of the above-mentioned areas, were invited to apply for research funds made available by this ICI-Unilever grant. The selection committee, consisting of academics and business practitioners, has retained the following research projects for this year:
- Collaborative Innovation to increase Differentiation and Shopper Value (St. Gallen Univ., Switzerland)
- Dynamic Pricing and Traceability Information for Creating Value Beyond Price (Athens Univ. of Economics & Business, Greece)
- Making Collaborative Supply Chain Relationships Happen (Esade Business School, Spain)
- Managing the Impact of Variability on Retailers and Manufacturers in Consumer Goods Supply Chains (Purdue Univ., USA)
- Optimised Retail Assortment Planning (Georgia Inst. of Technology, USA)
- Organising for Higher Innovation, Speed and Efficiency: the moderating role of top management supervision (Bilkent Univ., Turkey)
- Retail-Consumer Emotional Attachment: Antecedents, Consequences and the Role of Adult Attachment Styles (Athens Univ. of Economics & Business, Greece)
- Retail store Execution Strategies to Improve Sales ans Customer Satisfaction (Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania, USA)
